“If Saddam Hussein doesn’t DISARM, it will be his FINAL MISTAKE!” – George W. Bush. When looking at this quote one would understand the reason that this will be Saddam Hussein’s final Mistake. This is because the US will do everything in its power to get rid of him, which will most likely result to war. But to some people, the US is making a big mistake. (PAUSE) Mrs. Goldstein and possible small pox recipients For the next few minutes I will be speaking to you about why the United States should have held off war with Iraq until a later date. Over the past couple of months, the US has stated their reasons for wanting to start war with Iraq. Some of the reasons were that ever since the Gulf War, the US has known that Saddam Hussein has NUCLEAR, BIOLOGICAL and CHEMICAL weapons that are capable of destroying major cities and even countries. Also Saddam has FAILED to cooperate with the United Nations in their weapons inspections. The United States is worried that if they don’t put an end to Saddam Hussein’s empire, then eventually, Iraq will have powered many terrorist groups with lethal weapons as well having the money to continue to develop and create more harmful weapons that could one day, wipe out all of man kind.
