Philadelphia If I were a juror at the wrongful termination trial of Beckett vs. Wyant, Wheeler, et, al. I would vote guilty towards Wyant, Wheeler, et, al. because they wrongfully fired Andrew Beckett on the case that he had HIV. Andrew Beckett did not deserve to be terminated from his job as a lawyer at Wyant, Wheeler, et, al. just because of a disease that he acquired. Andrew Beckett was a normal human being just like any of us who just came across something that was abnormal and was persecuted for having it. The definition of wrongful termination is when an employee is fired for reasons that are not legitimate, typically either because they are unlawful or because they violate the terms of an employment contract.
