...owever, not all relationships work according to such idea. There are times when an individual will become too possessive and loose their trust on the other person. When this occurs, the trust in the relationship slowly weakens, eventually leading both individuals to feel insecure with one another. In time, this will lead to dishonesty and misunderstandings between both persons. The freedom and respect that was once there in a relationship will slowly fade away, therefore damaging the connection between the two individuals. In my experiences, such an event occurred with my sister and her ex-boyfriend. At the beginning of their relationship, both trusted and respected one another, and their connection with one another was strong. Although they may be together, both were free to do what they wish and meet other people as well. From this point of view, it is evident that the more trust a person is willing to give, the closer both individuals will become with one another. However, during the summer, after my sister came back from vacation for two weeks, it has seemed that her boyfriend had changed quite a bit, his attitude towards her differed from when they first met.
