RAD approach is the development of software with the use of existing tools and codes to quickly create a program with minimal personnel and low budget. In this situation, the use of existing tools and codes was necessary, a small team was required, and software development lasted a short period of time, all of which characterise what the RAD approach is. The use of existing tools and codes characterises the RAD approach. In this situation Fusion MX was used to develop a website. Fusion is an object orientated program which provides a graphical user interface to quickly generate a website.
