To Whom It May Concern: We have just received your Statement of Deposit Allocation (attachment 1) in which you claim $680.00 for damages, cleaning, and contract termination fees and penalties. This is concerning my 87 year old mother, ? , and her tenancy in your unit 555g. In regards to the damages and cleaning, the Inspection Acceptance form (attachment 2) clearly shows the condition of the apartment when she moved in on January 27, 2000 and all the problems it had, which you never resolved. On move in, we requested that handicap grab bars be added to the ground floor unit. This was never done because your maintenance personnel said that the bathroom walls were not reinforced for future addition of grab bars.
