GOOD LEADERSHIP Leadership is when a leader directs others toward a common goal. In a effective group, any member of the group, can be the leader when they influence the others to help the group to reach its goal. The way a leader directs the group is the most important thing in leadership. A good leader will show respect for everyone by listening to them when they talk, and show interest in what other people are saying. Also a good leader would not tune out others when they disagree with what other people are saying.
