School social system 1. Teacher/staff interactions with the principal are generally cooperative and harmonious. 2. Teacher/staff interactions with other administrators are cooperative and harmonious. 3. Teachers and staff are able to express themselves without the fear of repercussions. 4. Teachers and staff are empowered and feel like they are participants in decision-making. 5. Student/teacher interactions are generally cooperative and harmonious. 6. Student interactions with non-teaching personnel (administrators, support staff, etc.) are generally cooperative and harmonious. 7. There is a strong gang subculture in the school community. 8. There is a strong gang presence in my school. 9. The school has a zero tolerance policy against gang activity. 10. The school has a zero tolerance policy against weapons in our school. 11.
