Discrimination There are many types of Discrimination, I am only going to highlight just a few. Discrimination is defined as unforgettable or unfair treatment of a person or class of persons in comparison to other who are not members of the protected class because of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, age, physical/mental handicap, sexual harassment, sexual orientation or reprisal for opposition to discriminatory to practices or participation in the EEO process. Discrimination is apart of everyday life, it happens everywhere in all kinds of ways.
