Cancer What is cancer you might ask ? Well cancer in the Webster dictionary states cancer is any of various malignant neoplasm that manifest invasiveness and tendency to new sites, But in other words its some sort of a disease. There are many different kinda of cancers out there such as lung cancer, breast cancer, and skin cancer. We are now going to talk about some of those cancers and what effect they have on the human body. The first cancer we will be talking about is breast cancer Each year, 182,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer and 43,300 die. One woman in eight either has or will develop breast cancer in her lifetime. In addition, 1,600 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer and 400 will die this year.If detected early, the five-year survival rate exceeds 95%. Mammograms are among the best early detection methods, yet 13 million women in the U.S. are 40 years old or older and have never had a mammogram. Breast cancer for most people don’t think it can happen to men but it can and it will it is just the same for men as women.Breast cancer is the mostform of cancer in America, excluding skin cancers.
