Paragraph 4 of Art. 2 of the Charter of the United Nations says that: “All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.” Chapter V, Art. 27 2: “Decisions of the Security Council on procedural matters shall be made by an affirmative vote of nine members.” SO, WHOSE BEHAVIOR IN FRONT OF THE UN HAS BEEN DISGRACEFUL? WHO ARE THE CO-TERRORISTS? If we investigate the story of the Bush family we can find facts and stories that make us reflect on the current US President’s backgrounds. Starting from George Herbert "Bert" Walker and Prescott Bush (1895-1972), they were charged to run Nazi front groups in the US (from where he accumulated lots of money); 41st President George Bush, started two wars, invaded Panama to arrest Manuel Noriega, where between 3,000 -4,000 people were killed, who had been a CIA payroll employee since the early 1970’s; Bush also helped Israel's 1982 invasion of Lebanon (with 20,000 killed); and the famous Gulf War, where even the Washington Post admits that Bush actually encouraged the Kurdish rebellion (while he went fishing); not to speak of internal Texas State affairs, when Bush was Governor and 40% of the prisoners condemned to death were African-American, and 22% were Hispanic and according to the Chicago Tribune, 138 cases had evidence faults.
