Rap is a huge part of the music industry these days. There are many rappers out there, but one that stands out is Marshall Mathers, also known as, Eminem. Marshall Mathers is an important part of rap history. His rap name "Eminem" came from his initials, M.N.M. He is one of the few white rappers to make it into the rap world. Eminem has made it, and will remain for years. Eminem had a hard up-bringing, he lived with his mother in a trailor and barely knew his father.
