Many people believe that badminton is girls sport and is easy, after all you only have to hit a shuttle over the net! Having played badminton for several years, I know the above statement is wrong. It is not a girls sport. It is not easy. And you have to do a lot more than hit a shuttle over the net. I have been on the receiving end of smashes and if it hits you, it hurts.
