The National Treasury Department is recruiting students from various institutions for internship. Although Ingle had no formal photographic training, throughout her years as a mission doctor equipped with two Leica cameras, she regularly photographed the people and community events around them. “This photographic collection provides a remarkably, vivid and intimate window into rural life in a remote part of the former Transkei, during a period of dramatic political and economic change.
