Hard work and persistence is what gets people ahead in life. Without this, we would never get anywhere. We would not achieve many of the wonderful things that we have right now. The story of “The Earth On Turtle’s Back” retold by Micheal J Caduto and Joseph Bruchac, shows how the animals worked so hard to find dirt for the woman who fell from the sky so she would stay alive and have somewhere to live.
