Abstract This report deals with the State of New Jersey Schools efforts to place children with disabilities back Into what they feel is least restrictive environment #by discontinuing the busing of children with Disabilities out of the child’s school district. Since New Jersey claims to have the highest rate of students classified for special education #while the article under review points out that the action underway By these schools is strictly a cost saving stance, this report will look at the steps taken, The LRE tablet and, what further steps should be taken to accommodate these students under IDEA # In addition, Article 504.
