One often wondering what acceptance means, and often who it is important to be accepted by. Is exceptance by others truly required for exeptance by oneself? Acceptance of oneself is a factor of whatever is truly important to that individual. If social status is what is important to a person then without acceptance by the public one will never be truly satisfied with themselves and will always stive to gain public acceptance. However, one may also wonder if acceptance by oneself is first needed in order to gain acceptance by others.
