The book starts off like all the others, with Harry miserable at his Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon's house. This summer he is waiting to hear the latest news on the evil Voldermort who had just regained power. Harry receives the paper, The Daily Prophet, to see if they have any information. He is very paranoid that Voldermort is on the move.
