In the whole event of the 14th Asian Games, reality woke us up. Our athletes looked greenhorn as they compete with the other Asian countries. And that was only Asia! We still have a long way to go to get our first Gold in the Olympics. As I watch their games these past two weeks, they strive hard to make it to the semifinals and even harder to get a medal. While the other contenders like China, Korea and Japan relax, enjoy the game and still get the gold. Although it showed that, Filipino athletes gave their best by all means, but I think their best wasn't good enough.
