Disobent Anarchy
Responsible disobedience must be practiced in a manner that most closely reflects our humanistic conscience, thus a balance between can be found between blind obedience and anarchy. “Humanistic conscience” is the internal voice that speaks what we truly believe, based on our values and morals. Contrastingly our “authoritarian conscience” is the internal voice which tells us what action or thought would please our superior. One can conclude that by obeying their “AC” they are still being true to themselves, wanting to help a superior is a responsibility even if it is an action you would not do regularly, in actuality the person is not being true to themself, only when one follows their “H.C.” are they listening to their humanity, the essence of who they are. Perhaps it is that because obedience is a deeply ingrained behavior tendency that over-rides our most basic ethical standards that we can so easily succumb to forces that stray us away from our “H.C.”.
