Book Store I went to the Borders in Long Beach on Bellflower and Stearns. The history section was located on the second floor, up the stairs and to your immediate left. It took up the small left hand corner of the floor and had wall shelves as well as shelves that were movable throughout the corner. It also had a medium sized table that featured certain books on history. The section is categorized in five sections that included World History, European History, History, U.S. History and Military History. Under the World history section the sub-categories were General World History, Ancient History and Classical Studies. General world history held books that covered a wide variety of history. The ancient history section carried books obviously about the ancient times. Things ranging from the Ancient Egyptians to the Roman Empire. Lastly the classical studies section carried books from that were written quite a long time ago but are still considered relevant or interesting. The European history section was split up into Eastern and Western European countries.
