What areas would you like to improve on and why? The areas that I would like to improve on, would be the neck area because my neck is sort of slouched downward and I don’t like it! I also would like to work on my upper back because it is slouching as well and I think it looks ugly. How close were your results to the hypothesis and why? My results were pretty close to my hypothesis because I have a pretty good idea how my posture is.
