We are the attorneys of record for the above captioned case. A duly executed G-28 has already been submitted. We would like to bring to your attention that we had filed an I-130 Application for Relative Petition on behalf of Singh, the beneficiary on February 16, 1996. On June 11, 1996, we received an Approval Notice for Singh and the original visa petition was sent to the Department of State National Visa Center (NVC).
