PLAN OF ACTION FOR TEACHING PRACTICE “Teach what you know. Know what you teach.” This is the basis for my plan of action of teaching practice. Education today has become much more diversified, which means that educators approach to teaching should reflect this diversity. There are a number of things that I would like to implement during teaching practice; however the time available is not sufficient to effectively accomplish everything. First of all, my plan is to ensure that all students under my tenure be successful. I plan to administer a multiple intelligence test and learning style test to all of my students. In this way, I will have more concrete evidence as to how the students that I will teach learn best.
