Unfortunately the Statues of Connecticut states that it is unlawful for any person to condone another person to use drugs, medicine, or medical instruments in preventing contraception. Another statute in the state of Connecticut prohibits any person from assisting, abetting, or counseling another to commit any offense resulting in punishment in the same degree as those committing the actual offense.
