Valuing and Leveraging Differences. (VLD) Practices and reinforces engaged listening with others. Seeks out those with different learning/perceiving styles for advice and perspective. Creates teams with diverse backgrounds and skills. Acknowledges and rewards the work of diverse teams in a public setting. Creates an environment for sharing different views with others. If I can markedly improve this skill, my 100 grand will be money well spent.
