Job Description: The job description that appeared on the web page basically described the general tasks, duties and responsibilities for the job specified. Since the job that is offered is titled as an Account Manager (Sales & Marketing) the organization mentioned the first task, or duty as “Communication to Client”. To the organization the task resembled that the candidate should perfectly and correctly communicate “exact picture or idea of the service that the client is about to receive”. Another task was to “Attain the customer’s interest”. That is believed to be very important to the organization as it is a key factor marketing and sales. The third responsibility was described as “Account Tracking”. This is another important factor to the organization as it will make the clients feel that they are being treated professionally. “Gaining customer’s confidence” which is another sales technique that is used widely, is done by consistent checkup on the customer from time to time. The last responsibility that was mentioned was to “Assure Client’s Satisfaction”. This technique will increase the demand for the organization’s services as well as create new demand from other organizations interested in that service. Job Specification: The job specification appeared more obvious in the second part of the job opening page, “Job Requirements”. The paged talked about the knowledge, skills, and abilities that the candidate should have in order to carry out the tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the job. First, the organization clearly demanded that the candidate should have enough knowledge about the product/service they are offering.
