He and his supporters used the Serbs as a tool to create destruction in the Yugoslavian countries. Despite all the evidence, the American, British, and French governments continued to harbor the notion that a unified Yugoslavia had to be preserved and that Croatia and Slovenia should be pressured into remaining in the Yugoslav federation(53) Milosevic used Serbs as a tool to destruct Yugoslavian countries. Though this was obvious, the national community pressured them into staying as one unified country(25) (53-25)/53 = 53% They all wanted to seperate their states, but they did not want to leave the other former Yugoslavians to the mercy of Slobodan Milosevic and other intransigent leaders.
