Jogging Ritual My heart is pounding, the sweat is dripping from my face, and the wind brushes a cool breeze over my face. No worries at the moment, just the delightful sensation I get whenever I go outdoors for a good run. The feeling lingers on after I finish my ritual of running one to two miles every other day. Jogging is a form of exercise that promotes better health both physically and mentally. To achieve this on a regular basis, one must have strong willpower, proper attire, and a pleasant place to progress. There are several ways to get in shape before starting. Drinking plenty of water, around sixty-four ounces of water or more a day, is essential for the body to stay well hydrated. Healthy eating habits are also an important factor. A smaller, high-carbohydrate meal is a better choice for pre-or post-workout nutrition.
