In this unit, I was going to plan on working with the upper portion of the human body because that is your main movement that goes on, including the arms, stomach, and the neck. For exercising with the arms, I thought that it would be important to stretch out the muscles by lifting your right arm over your left shoulder and then repeat with the left arm. Next, you should lift weights a suitable amount for each arm, rest, then repeat as many times as needed.
