Nowadays there are some attittudes towards criminals that are irrelevant. Because of the media, criminals are glorified on screen, and feeling safe with the cameras they take advantages using media as protection. There are some facts that show that capital punishment cannot bring back the dead, but it does prevent others being killed. Some people argue that the absence of capital punishment in England or in any other country, is the mark of a civilized society. England is a ture example of an educated nation, in which capital crime has not increased since the abolition of the death penalty. This is only one example that show that relaxation of harsh laws has never led to increase crime. But, is it true that death penalty deters murders by putting fear of death into “killers”?
