Co’s image – saturated industry, newspaper story tarnished co image, clients may not accept dealing with her and will think we condone such actions, do what is gd for the company not just 1 individual 2. employee’s moral – doesn’t deal well with subordinates, high expectation n demanding but doesn’t open to arguments, colleagues have reservation working with her as she might abuse them, bad r/s, poor productivity due to persistant of her depression 3. replacement – not difficult and necessary, promote some one in the department 4. ethical issues – give her some form of compensation In view of Mei Yee’s conviction, it has brought to our attention we are unable to continue her employment with Faber Audio. Our company’s image is at stake, employees’ moral will be affected having Mei Yee back after her jail term and having a replacement for the position of customer relation officer ( CRO ) is feasible. The above issues have given us the decision to terminate her employment.
