Family agreement This agreement made the 11 th. day of October 2003 between Harry and Mildred Summers and Mindy Summers, with references to the following facts a circumstances. Whereas : A) Harry and Mildred Summers {the parents} are the owners of a single family residential property located at the 123 Bad Street, Truro, Nova Scotia, L0L 5V3 B) Mindy Summers { the Daughter}, who wishes to return back home. C). The Daughter is wish returning back home to live with her Parents on the address wrote above, providing according following conditions that are subject of this agreement. In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this agreement, the Parents are obligate to share living in their house with the Daughter. 1. Resolve between the Parents and The Daughter This is certifying that both sides of this agreement are obligate to compliance following conditions explicit in this section. Mindy : - is responsible for keeping her clean and tidy - is responsible for their expenses and bills - has to eat dinner with their family at least two times a week - has to provide the security deposit in the amount of $ 500.
