I selected to be a Landscape Architect. The reason I chose this career is because it seemed like an interesting career to do my research on, to see if it fits me. Plus I really enjoy working with plants and stuff. I also like to design things. So I thought this would be a great career to choose for my career project. Landscape Architects are the people who design the attractive designs in the public parks, playgrounds, shopping centers, residential areas, and college campuses that everyone enjoys so much. They also do all of the planning as to where the location of buildings, roads, and walkways, also the arrangement of shrubs, trees, and flowers will be in our cities. The types of people who would hire Landscapers could be from real estate firms just starting new projects all the way to the construction of things like airports. The landscapers must do a lot of planning. They have to make sure they have enough money to fund their projects, also they must analyze the natural elements of the site, like the clime, type of soil, drainage, vegetation and the slope of the land.
