“If the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” These were the words of a very famous Sir Mathew. The world is crawling in the lowly dust, we, have to make it rise higher and higher. For this to come to life we require a leader, a demi-god. A person who has the desire to always win, a person who can accept defeat with no sorrowful repentance, a person who just doesn’t talk, but acts, a person who has a vision to bring about the best in everything, a person who can beat the unbeatable, a person who inspires others to give in their best, a person who is friendly, outspoken, patient, calm, has good conduct. Such are the requirements of a good leader. To be a leader you need to have good judgement, which is forced on us by experience.
