Fight Club ： What would you do if you lived a meaningless life, working for a wicked boss, feeling lost about your pointless future? Jack (Edward Norton) is a yuppie in middle crisis living in NY City but he hates his boring life and suffers from chronic insomnia. At first, he joins incurable disease counselors therapy. Through other people・s pain and his pretending as an incurable patient, he can cry to exhaustion and have a sound sleep every night, but one day a woman (Helen Bonham Carter) who joins the group for the same reason--suffering from insomnia and pretending as a patient ruins his sleeping plan, and he can・t sleep again. One day, Norton・s apartment full of luxury furniture caught fire. After that he hooks up with Tyler (Brad Pitt), a businessman selling soap, whom Norton meets in a pub.
