How to successfully run a theatre business In this world there are many different kinds of business; for example there’s the restaurant business, grocery store business, gas station business, etc. Then there’s the entertainment business, which is the one in I’d like to focus on. I’m talking about the movie business, not Hollywood, but the theatre business. In the theatre business Managers deal with everything; for example there’s the Human Resource Department, Food & Beverage Department, and last but not least the Facilities Department. To begin with, there’s the Human Resource Department, which makes sure there’s enough staff: For example, they make sure that the theatre has enough people hired to make it through the expected high volume periods. Since the theatre business fluctuates, and some periods are busier than others, they must make sure that they have enough people all year long. Holidays however are the busiest days of them all.
