Being a CEO of Pacalta OilCompany I would certainly make a few differences in setting up Foundation Nan Paz. First of all I would not make Pacalta and Foundation Nan Paz distinct. Somehow they didn't want to do that. Although, the Pacalta and the Foundation Nan Paz were legally distinct, they were operated by the same management. It would have been much easier to not confuse people and just let everybody know that the companies are not distinct, but they are allied. Making them distinct creates some confusion and uncertainty mostly to the people who are seeking help from the oil companies such as Pacalta since people worry for their land.
