What influences the way we make decisions? There are several factors that show how a group can influence the way we think. In this paper I will be discussing the dynamics of working in a group to make a decision, including the general makeup (of a group), and the benefits (of working in a group). I will also include some decision making strategies and a plan for conflict resolution. Groups When a company is faced with making a decision, they sometimes will form a group or team to come up a plausible solution. . A group usually consists of individuals who are committed to accomplishing the task at hand, they have complementary skills. In a group setting you would members who bring with them diverse ideas, who are able to be accountable for their actions, follow some set guidelines, and share in the sense of leadership.
