In Malcolm Galdwell’s article “The Sports Taboo,” he talks about breaking the silence about racial differences. Right now in sports, there is a gag order on what you can say about athletes. I believe this because Rush Limbaugh recently got in trouble for pointing out a racial difference in sports. Galdwell argues that talking about these differences tells us nothing about the race in general, just the extent of the variance.
