People who work are what keep the world going these days, and money is what keep the people going. In my opinion, parents should encourage their teenage children to work even if they do not need the money. Working as a teenager help kids later on in life. Working as a teenager molds irresponsible adolescents into mature, responsible young adults. Working helps teenagers develop responsibility because you have to be on time to work, work hard at work, and balance your school and job at the same time.
