“One view of artifical intelligence sees that, in the near future, independent machines will evolve and leave human far behind.” That’s a quotation of Edward Fredkin from 1979, which goes, in my opinion way to far beyond our time. I don’t think there will be a great changing in the relationship between machines and humans for a long time in the future. Nowadays the humans got the role of constructing, programming and improving machines, and that’s the way it should resist. Machines aren’t able to build themselves, there not complex enough to feel, think by themselves or learn by their own. Machines should help mankind in difficult situations or find solutions for problems. Linguistically, machines should be able to write this essay after receiving the topic and a limit, how much they should write.
