A team consists of 12 players nuimbered 1-18, but only six may be on court at any one time. The players who commence the game should have their names and numbers given to the referee by the coach. Eah tram must have an appointed captain. Order of play is decided by the toss of a coin; this ceremony involves the referees and the two team captains. The winning captain chooses either to serve first, or has the choice of court.
