Obesity
Obesity It is quite natural to be a few kilograms over the proper weight in relation to their height. Just because a person is a few kilograms heavier than that number does not mean that they are obese. Obesity refers to being 20% or more over the maximum desirable weight for that person’s height. When an adult is more than 45 kilograms over weight, they are suffering from a condition called morbid obesity. Unfortunately today, rates of obesity are rising. The percentage of children and adolescents who are obese has doubled over the last 20 years. This condition can be defined according to its causes, symptoms, and treatment. People have basic nutritional needs to survive and have a healthy body; however, once those needs are neglected, they suffer the risk of having a weight problem.
