The plot is that Harry an eleven year old boy discovers that he is a wizard. The point of view is third person limited. The tone is humorous at times. The story doesn't appear to have a theme but it contains foreshadowing. The novel is filled with man vs. man conflicts. The main conflict is thatsomeone has been trying to steal the Sorcerors Stone and Harry and co.
