Stress is said to be caused for many things. The primary cause is do to too much things going at your head at once and you dont seem them to handle in a soft way. There have been evidence that stress is a very serious sickness. This is due to the consequences it may follow and may lead to death to. One of the major stress problems occur in schools and at work.
