The Lake County Captains christened their brand new $21 million stadium Thursday night with a 5-3 victory over the Charleston (W.V.) Alley Cats. It was an unforgettable night for the 7,124 fans in attendance, who paid no more than $8 to be a part of the inaugural game at Eastlake Ballpark. That is very cheap compared to the ticket prices of all other sporting events.
