Emergency Roadside Kit It's 11:00 p.m. and you’re driving back from a party, and your expecting a quick trip home. All of sudden you hear a small pop and your steering wheel starts pulling to the left. You notice that it becomes difficult to control your car as you pull over to the side of the road. Getting out, you see that the left rear tire is flat and the vein in your head is about to explode. If you're one of the lucky ones that have AAA and your cellular phone gets good reception, help is only a call away. If not, you're either faced with having to wave down a passing motorist, spend the night in a hotel, or worse case scenario sleep in your car. That is, unless you have an emergency roadside kit in the trunk of your car. Emergency roadside kit should consist of at least the three basic fluids, a small set of tools, and the basic driving necessities. Oil is the blood of your car. It lubricates the gears in your engine to keep it running in proper order. Having two quarts of oil in the trunk could save you a lot of time and hassle.
