Family Violence- Essentially, the article selected to illustrate violence in the media is about two teenagers from Calgary who are being incarcerated for their participation in the videotaping of themselves beating and urinating on a homeless man found sleeping in an alley. The individuals are sentenced to six months in jail after pleading guilty to aggravated assault, theft and bail violation charges after the discovery of the video where the two are seen yelling and cheering while committing these crimes against the said individual.
