Physical exercise means the regular movement of the limbs of our body according to rules. It is essential to keep our body fit and mind sound. Human body is like a machine. A machine gets rust for want of proper use. Similarly we can not maintain good health and keep our body fit for work without physical exercise. Physical exercise is of various kinds. Good forms of exercise are walking, swimming, ridding, racing, rowing, gymnastics, wrestling and playing many outdoor and indoor games.
