Other tools of motivation include threats, late night studying, and wise words of wisdom. Without the tools of motivation, you will get nowhere in life. The simple fear of labor leads to success. Labor digs deep into our skin us as a big no-no. Avoiding fear is our number one priority. When Da’s mom said, “You have a year and a half to get your act together; the farming tools will be ready and waiting for you in the pigsty, just in case.” After that quote, he felt shamed and more determined to get his act together. He knew, that his sisters and brother would be more than glad to take his place in high school.
